Shipping policy
<h2>Shipping Policy</h2>

<p>This Shipping Policy forms an integral part of the pre-contractual information required under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 Schedule 2 / RDL 1/2007 Art. 97, and of our <a href="/policies/terms-of-service">Terms of Service</a>.</p>
<h3>1. Processing time</h3>
<p>Orders placed before 14:00 GMT on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that time, on weekends, or on UK / Spanish public holidays are dispatched on the next working day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation by email with a tracking link as soon as the carrier collects your parcel.</p>
<h3>2. United Kingdom</h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Standard delivery:</strong> 3–5 working days — £6.95 (free over £150).</li>
<li><strong>Express delivery:</strong> 1–2 working days — £14.95.</li>
<li>UK orders are <strong>Delivery Duty Paid</strong> (DDP): UK VAT at 20 % and any applicable import duties are calculated and collected at checkout. No additional charges are due on arrival.</li>

<h3>3. Spain & European Union</h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Spain (Peninsula):</strong> 2–4 working days — €5.95 (free over €150).</li>
<li><strong>Spain (Balearic Islands):</strong> 3–5 working days — €9.95.</li>
<li><strong>Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla):</strong> 5–7 working days — from €19.95. These territories are outside the EU customs and VAT area; the consumer is responsible for any IGIC/IPSI and local import duties on arrival.</li>
<li><strong>European Union:</strong> 3–6 working days — from €9.95 (free over €200). Prices shown include destination-country VAT.</li>
<li><strong>EU Express:</strong> 2–3 working days — from €19.95.</li>
</ul>
<h3>4. Rest of the world</h3>
<p>We ship to over 230 countries via DHL Express. Costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination, parcel weight and the service you choose. International orders outside the UK and EU are shipped <strong>Delivered At Place</strong> (DAP): local duties, sales tax and customs clearance fees may apply on arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare the accurate customs value of every parcel; under-declaration is never possible.</p>
<h3>5. Carriers</h3>
<p>We work with Royal Mail, DHL Express, UPS, Correos, Seur and GLS. Every shipment is fully tracked and insured up to the value of the goods.</p>
<h3>6. Tracking</h3>
<p>Tracking links are sent automatically by email and SMS (if you opted in). You can also track any order from your customer account.</p>
<h3>7. Transfer of risk</h3>
<p>In accordance with section 29 of the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Article 66 ter of RDL 1/2007, the goods remain at our risk until they are delivered to you (or to a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier). Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery.</p>
<h3>8. Delivery deadlines</h3>
<p>Unless otherwise agreed, we deliver the goods within a maximum of <strong>30 days</strong> from the day the contract is concluded (UK CCR 2013 reg. 42 / RDL 1/2007 Art. 66 bis). If we fail to do so, you may grant us an additional reasonable period; if we still fail to deliver, you may terminate the contract and obtain a full refund.</p>
<h3>9. Incorrect address</h3>
<p>Please double-check the delivery address at checkout. We cannot reroute parcels once dispatched. Orders returned by the carrier due to an incorrect address will be refunded minus the actual outbound shipping cost.</p>
<h3>10. Lost or delayed parcels</h3>
<p>If your tracking has not been updated for more than 7 working days, or if the expected delivery window has passed by more than 5 working days, contact us at <a href="mailto:hello@zyvero.co.uk">hello@zyvero.co.uk</a>. We will open a carrier claim and either dispatch a replacement or issue a refund within 14 days of confirming the loss.</p>
