Returns

Free returns within 30 days. No questions, no fees.

How it works

1. Request a return from your account or by emailing returns@zyvero.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. We email you a pre-paid return label (UK and EU customers) or a return authorisation (international).
3. Drop the parcel at any participating carrier point.
4. We process the refund within 5 business days of receiving your return.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Footwear must be tried on a soft, clean surface and returned in the original box.
• Underwear, swimwear and pierced jewellery are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
• Sale items follow the same 30-day return policy unless marked final sale.

Exchanges

To exchange a size or colour, simply place a new order and return the original. This is faster than processing an exchange and guarantees you the item you want before it sells out.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt. Bank processing may add 2–5 additional days.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
