How do your sizes run?
Our garments follow standard UK sizing. A detailed size guide is available on every product page. If you sit between two sizes, our team recommends sizing up for a relaxed cut and sizing down for a more tailored fit.
When will I receive my order?
UK standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express orders placed before 14:00 GMT arrive within 1–2 business days. International delivery is calculated at checkout.
Are duties and taxes included?
For UK orders, yes — we ship Delivery Duty Paid. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. International orders may be subject to local duties on arrival.
Can I return an item?
Yes — we offer free returns within 30 days for UK and EU customers. See our Returns page for the full process.
Where are your garments made?
We work with small ateliers in Portugal, Italy and Spain. Every workshop is audited annually for working conditions, wages and environmental standards.
How do I care for my garments?
Each product carries a detailed care label. As a general rule we recommend cold washes, low heat, and air drying. Tailored pieces and knitwear should be dry-cleaned by a specialist.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to over 230 countries. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Is my payment secure?
All payments are processed through Shopify Payments and major payment providers with PCI-DSS Level 1 certification and 3-D Secure authentication. We never store your card details.
