Cookies Policy

Last updated: 8 June 2026

This Cookies Policy explains what cookies are, which ones we use on zyvero.co.uk, why we use them, and how you can manage them. It complements our Privacy Policy. It is written to comply with the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR), Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and E-Commerce (LSSI-CE) and the relevant Spanish AEPD guidance on cookies (July 2023).

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device (computer, tablet, phone) when you visit it. Cookies allow the website to recognise your device, remember your preferences, keep you signed in, measure performance and, where applicable, deliver personalised advertising. Similar technologies include pixels, local storage, fingerprinting and tags. References to "cookies" in this policy include all such technologies.

2. Consent

The first time you visit zyvero.co.uk you are shown a cookie banner. Strictly necessary cookies are installed without consent because the service cannot function without them. All other cookies (analytics, marketing, personalisation) are installed only after you actively accept them via the banner or the preference centre. You may withdraw or modify your consent at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer; the change applies on your next visit.

5. How to manage cookies

You can:

  • Use the "Cookie preferences" link in the website footer.
  • Configure your browser to refuse cookies entirely or to warn you before installing them. Each browser is different; consult the help section of yours.
  • Use browser plugins such as Google Analytics Opt-out.

Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent the cart, login and checkout from working correctly.
